The Tors Hotel is in the beautiful coastal village of Lynmouth, Devon. It belongs to the same owner as the Bath Hotel which is in the lower part of town, near the sea. The village itself is within the Exmoor national park and there are plenty of activities in Lynmouth linked to the sea and nature. The Tors Hotel is more in nature and overlooks the village, you can see it from the harbor up a hill and it's in a private 7 hectare park with the best views of the town. It's a luxury hotel with a pool but not extortionate prices and is perfect for a weekend away from London, as it's a 3-hour drive it's better to spend the night. Rocco Forte Balmoral Hotel
    (1)
Rocco Forte Balmoral Hotel is a monumental and luxurious five star hotel that's hard not to notice when you're walking along Princes St. The building is right next to Waverley Station, which actually isn't a coincidence at all. It was once known as the Royal British Hotel and was actually built for the Railroad company. Also, for travelers arriving late to the train station...the big clock which shows the time is actually set two minutes fast!

    EasyHotel Victoria hotel
Hi everyone! After seeing the location of various Easyhoteles in London, I opted for the one near Victoria Station and I think it was a great choice in terms of neighborhood and ease of transportation. It is 5 minutes walk from Victoria Station and 20-25 from Big Ben. It's a quiet and safe neighborhood (near many embassies) and there are several restaurants and a Sainsburys (grocery store) on a nearby street. My friend and I chose the "standard room with window" for a price of 185 pounds (at that time). The room is adequate if you are going there to sleep and bathe. The bed was as big as I expected and everything seemed clean. The bathroom is a bit tight, but good enough. Regarding the soundproofing of the room, I have to say that we never heard outrageous noise or voices, something which is crucial to get good rest. After the youth hostels, it is of the cheaper options you can find in downtown London and as long as you go prepared, so I recommend it. Clients: Young couples, friends travelling, and backpackers of various nationalities. Other accommodations where I've been: Nh Harrington Hall, Grosvenor Kensington Hotel, Bryanston Court Hotel, Picadilly Backpaper Hostel.

    Royal National Hotel
It is not the best choice to stay in London in regard to value. The only good thing about this hotel would be its location, but it is not enough to see with different eyes. I spent a couple of nights in late July for work, but that's no reason for the service to not be good. The three stars of London are like they are here in Spain. Everything was very old and the cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired. The rooms were quite simple, with just enough space to sleep and little else. I heard a couple complain that they had bugs in their room. Luckily mine was not invaded. Everything, absolutely everything, that had carpet was dirty. In addition, there was a small amount of food with very little variety (advertised as a continental breakfast). The price is another drawback. Between 80 and 120 pounds, one should pass for the quality they offer. It is located in Bloomsbury, near the British Museum and Regent Park. Very close to the metro station is Russell Square. If you walk a little more, you will be in Soho, Chinatown, Times Square, Piccadilly. As I said, it's the only good thing. And if it was solely to sleep, it would be fine, but the price ... Alongside all this, the hotel is huge and there are thousands and thousands of people everywhere, complaining. And, despite this, the service is very poor and it seems as if they had given up and only have half the staff required. ((Sorry about the quality of the photos, they are mobile because I did not bring a camera, but I think they help a little to see how the place is)) There are other facilities like a swimming pool, gym and bowling alley nearby. They have special prices, which are affordable for customers.
    Hotels in Leicester
    Travelodge Leicester Central hotel
The hotel chain Travelodge is one of the most respectable in the United Kingdom, and if you look at the website before traveling, say between 2 months and 15 days before you go, you can find very good deals. As you can see, the rooms at the Travelodge Central Leicester are spacious and comfortable. All of them have a private bathroom, the bed is large and there is a sofa bed in the room if you have two or three children, or four friends, all of them can stay in the same room. In Leicester, I paid 32 pounds a night and made a reservation a couple of weeks in advance. If you don't reserve ahead it's 50 pounds, which is still a good deal for such a central location. You are just off High Street, the main street in Leicester with all the businesses, and five minutes away from the bus station. The train is a little further away, fifteen minutes but there are no direct buses. At the Travelodge website, you can reserve a dinner, which costs £ 8, and breakfast. It's not the best food in the world, but it's convenient because the restaurants in small towns tend to close rather early.
    Hotels in Bushmills
    Bushmills Inn
This is an old step inn with horse carriages dating from about 1608, although its current name and buildings were purchased in 1820. Renovated in the late 80's, this inn is a beautiful place, next to a stream, to spend one or more nights in an atmosphere that is sure to make you think of other times. One of the cleanest and organised toilets I've ever seen just like the rooms which are beautifully maintained and tastefully decorated. I cannot fail to mention the restaurant services, one of the best meals I've had in Northern Ireland (especially sausages made there, by hand, with mashed potatoes, caramelized onions, all with Guinness stout sauce) and the caring, patient, charming staff always have a friendly smile. It offers a unique atmosphere between the Giants Causeway, Portrush and the distillery of the same name.
    Hotels in Edinburgh
    Caledonian Backpackers Hostel
This is a backpackers hostel with a good atmosphere, and is situated in the center of Edinburgh Queensferry Street. It is open 24 hours a day so you will not have to worry if you leave and come back late. If you arrive to the city and what a provisional place to stay, as do many Erasmus students, the hostel offers a weekly rate of 55 pounds. Then prices vary according to how many people share the room with you, between 20 and 12 pounds per night. It is a five minute walk from the train station, and on a flat road, no hills to climb, which there are many of in the city. The price includes sheets and blankets, but they do not provide towels. Below are some common rooms with TV, a computer with internet, and a laundry service. It also has a bar open until quite late at night, but you can´t usually hear the noise from the rooms.
    Hotels in Burnley
    Oaks Hotel and Leisure Club

    Hotels in London
    Radisson Blu Edwardian, Kenilworth hotel
A very nice and cozy four star hotel located 2 minutes from the British Museum in Bloomsbury area and 5 minutes from the Tottenham Court Road tube stop. The rooms are not very big, but they're very clean and neat. For breakfast, you can go downstairs to the restaurant where you just say your name, get a table, and help yourself at the buffet with traditional English breakfasts with sausages, fried egg, bacon, beans, ... .. or whatever you prefer.

    Hotels in Edinburgh
    The Rutland Hotel
The Rutland Hotel is a hotel in the West End, a former Edinburgh slum that is currently becoming a fashionable area. Prices are high, about 200 pounds per night, but the rooms are incredible. There are only 12 rooms, all tastefully decorated and all different in their own way. The street outside is Princess Street, one of the liveliest in the city, with many shops and things to do, but once inside the hotel it is quiet. When you enter the room, you are welcomed with muffins and water bottles, more commonplace in the UK, a kettle and some tea bags or coffee. The rooms have been upgraded and now include a place to put your iPod and play your music. You are in a great location, whether it be for business or tourism, are a five minute walk from the castle and the historic UNESCO World Heritage site, and Princes is one of the streets where it is easiest to take a taxi.
