Modern place, yes; modern cuisine, yes; traditional touch, yes. These three affirmations usually mean “expensive restaurant where you don’t eat much and many times you don’t eat well). It is not the case of this restaurant. The food is excellent, as well as the decoration and atmosphere; the surroundings are unbeatable, next to the contemporary art museum of Vitoria.
I loved the Santoña anchovies. If you love anchovies as much as I do, come to this place. All the entrees were fantastic. As a second plate we tried the ox fillet and the codfish. It was all delicious.
The desserts…it is easier to describe with a photograph in this case. Delicious. An special mention to the white brownie with violets, you can’t miss it.
